How large should the photos be?

For many of our personalized products, we require a photo. You can let your creativity run free here.

For the best result, the photo should meet the following criteria:

Photo/selfie with a current mobile phone
The photo must be clear enough
Ensure there are no reflections visible when taking the photo
The main subject should be more or less in the center

How do I see the photo in the necklace or bracelet?

There are 3 ways to view the photo in the necklace:

  1. Use your mobile phone camera in a bright place and move your phone close to the photo crystal in the center of the necklace.
  2. Use your phone's flashlight to project the photo onto the wall behind it. You'll need a distance of about 15-20 cm from the wall.
  3. The image is also visible to the naked eye, but it must be bright enough.

What material are your personalized necklaces made of?

The necklaces are made of stainless steel and double-coated with 925 sterling silver, 14K gold, or 14K rose gold, depending on the version.

To provide you with the best price and a unique product, we produce our goods on demand. This means your products are custom-made after you place your order. Depending on the product's complexity and current demand, production times may vary.

Current production times:

Non-personalized products: 2-4 working days

Personalized products: 7-10 working days

What are your shipping times?

Current delivery times (note that production time is added to delivery time):

Country Delivery time Netherlands 8-12 working days Belgium 8-12 working days.
Please note that there may be delays due to the conflict in Russia, affecting logistics. Delivery might take 10-20 working days in some cases.

We aim to produce and deliver your items as quickly as possible! Please note that we have a processing time of one business day, followed by a production time. We may not be as fast as large competitors, but we promise to deliver unique quality and product variety.

Why doesn’t my tracking number work?

Please note that there may be issues with tracking when your package changes couriers. This is normal and usually resolved within one business day.

If the issue persists, contact us via our contact form, and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

I only received part of my order; where is the rest?

For logistical reasons, we sometimes ship orders in separate packages. Don’t worry; we never forget products from an order, and the packages are shipped almost simultaneously.

The second package usually arrives within a few days after the first.

Returns & Refunds

What are our refund guidelines?

All refunds are subject to the rules of the cancellation policy.

Where do I return items to?

Since products MUST first be authorized for return, you may not return the product to the original address on the package without consulting us first. If your product qualifies for a refund, we will provide the return address during the authorization process.

Who covers the return costs?

If the return is approved, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Miscellaneous

Why are your prices so low compared to competitors?

First, we sell exclusively online. This saves us the costs of local warehouses, stores, complex logistics, and large administration teams. That’s already a huge cost reduction!

But there’s more: our items are produced on demand, meaning we produce the item directly and send it to you without intermediaries. This results in selling prices without commissions or costs for other companies unknown to the customer.

Your possible disadvantage: Slightly longer delivery times (check delivery times for your country above).
Your advantage: While competitors add costs for warehouses, local stores, administration, expensive logistics, and intermediaries to their selling prices, we sell directly to you and can therefore always offer the best prices with our way of working.

I missed a deal, when will it be available again?

That’s unfortunate! We never schedule deals for an item twice a month, so if you miss the deal, it won’t be available for at least a month. In rare cases, we may have some items left from approved returns or higher-than-usual inventory levels. In these cases, you might get lucky! You can contact us via our contact page to check if this applies to your item.
