1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is exclusively intended for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a legally capable company, who enters into a legal transaction in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

By placing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction tools provided as explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language available for concluding the contract is English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details along with our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the product prices indicated, shipping costs may apply. You can find more information on shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our store:
Credit Card
You provide your credit card information during the order process. Once you have been authenticated as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically, and your card is charged.
PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there, or register first, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then automatically carried out by PayPal. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
Instant Transfer via Klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the Sofort GmbH website. To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking-enabled account, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. The payment transaction is then carried out immediately by Sofort, and your account is debited.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay feature activated, authenticate with your credentials, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
Purchase on Account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.com.au), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoices are only available to consumers and must be paid to Klarna. Financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.com.au), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer credit purchases as a payment option. Please note that credit purchases via Klarna are only available to consumers and must be paid to Klarna.
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least AUD 10). Cash on Collection
You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.
6. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects applies.
For used goods: if the defect occurs after one year from the delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of the delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from the delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and reductions in time periods do not apply to claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, body, or health
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or fraud
- in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- under a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
- to the extent that the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open.

8. Liability
For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, we are always fully liable
- in the event of injury to life, body, or health
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- under guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- to the extent that the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is limited to the foreseeable damages at the time of contract conclusion, which are typically expected to occur.
In all other cases, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Contests, Vouchers, and Brand Ambassador Participation
Participation in contests and our brand ambassador selection is voluntary. We reserve the right to select our brand ambassadors based on internal criteria. By participating in our brand ambassador selection, you transfer the rights to the content you submit and agree that we may reuse the submitted social media posts (including videos and images) for marketing purposes. This applies only to the links you provide when filling out the form.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are willing to participate in an extrajudicial dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
